$200 non-refundable reservation deposit required - credited towards rental contract.
Linen service available - $50 additional fee.
Payment in full required 30 days prior to occupancy.
No smoking.
Small pets may be considered with additional $500 deposit.
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Saturday.
Check-out is 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday.
Extended rentals can be arranged with a discount.
